Your Account Manager will facilitate a proactive planning process to ensure successful
internal adoption.
Customer Advocacy
Your Account Manager will serve as your advocate in all interactions with Cortex
Software during product deployment and onward. If an issue should arise, he or she
will initiate the escalation process to quickly and efficiently remedy the situation.
Complete Satisfaction
Your Account Manager will continue to follow up with you to ensure your complete
satisfaction with Cortex Software products and services.
