How are you using FieldCenter? At all LexPR events, we try to provide as much value as possible to our clients. Often at events, we perform surveys to gather interesting or quirky data to be released to the media. We can also capture demographic information which is valuable to our clients - so it's rather important we use technology that does this job well. Our event data capture technology needs to be sophisticated and mobile, yet easy to use and easy to extract meaning from the data. FieldCenter addresses all of those needs for us, and it allows us to deliver the collected data to our clients almost instantly. What were your first impressions of the product when you signed up?
The FieldCenter technology is exceptionally easy to use. From data collection to data analysis - this technology really is perfect for today's mobile campaigns. Were you using another product before?
We experimented with some different technology prior to discovering FieldCenter. The other technology proved to be cumbersome, making it difficult to train street teams and compile the information. In addition, we didn't find the level of customer service support that was offered with FieldCenter. How has FieldCenter provided value to LexPR and it's customers?
FieldCenter has provided tremendous value to our agency and to our clients. It has saved us time, money and the (occasional) embarrassment of working with more complex but inferior technology. What plans do you have for using FieldCenter in the near future?
Originally we had only planned on using it for surveys, until we started getting creative with it. Right now we're looking at doing product giveaways at an event, using FieldCenter for capturing leads and email addresses. The nice thing is that it only takes a few minutes to make new applications and try them out.
