FieldCenter makes it easy for companies with mobile staff to replace paper forms with more efficient mobile forms for PDAs and SmartPhones. Since no programming is required, average computer users can create custom PDA forms for mobile data capture for any use, in almost any industry.

The FieldCenter Mobile Client application, installed on user's PDAs, displays mobile forms with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. It enables forms to be used without an internet connection, so that users can transmit completed forms when convenient, either wirelessly while in the field, or connected to a PC at the end of the day. Data in the forms is securely transmitted via internet to a central web-based application, where administrators can review forms, generated reports, export data and more. Data is encrypted while stored on the mobile device, and transmitted over the internet using 128bit SSL encryption. All applications are password protected. FieldCenter's web-based dashboard provides tools to work with collected data. Users can view forms, analyze data, generate reports, and download data in a number of standard formats such as XML or Microsoft Excel. Because it's online, access to the dashboard is available to your entire enterprise. Even in areas of bad network coverage, communication errors during data transmission will not affect the integrity of your data. Using sync resume and field-level sync technology, data will always be delivered from the handheld PDA to the server intact. FieldCenter Mobile Client keeps itself up-to-date with the most recent version, without any configuration by the user. Data safety is top priority, so FieldCenter Mobile Client provides comprehensive backup and restore capability on mobile devices. For example, data can be regularly backed up to memory cards such as SD and miniSD.
